I love selling Real Estate! I have been selling Real Estate on the Gulf Beaches since 1991 and licensed in the State of Florida since 1987. I am also a licensed Broker in the State of Arizona.

I joined Imperial Real Estate when it first opened in 1991 and was with the Company up until the death of my broker/Owner and friend, Sandy Bartelmay in October of 2010. At Sandy's passing I stepped in as the Broker of Imperial Real Estate for 2 years. In 2012 we decided to make a fresh start with a new Company and a new name. Many of the same people I have worked with for years have now joined The Seaside Real Estate Store. I love the "independent & entrepreneurial spirit" Imperial Real Estate and The Seaside Real Estate Store, LLC embodies. I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with and the people that I have met over the years. Our focus at The Seaside Real Estate Store, LLC is not on awards and accreditations but rather on things such as Quality Customer Service, Loyalty, Commitment, Education and going the distance with each other and our clients.

Prior to joining Imperial Real Estate and opening The Seaside Real Estate Store I enjoyed two long and successful careers in both the Fitness Industry and the Hotel Industry. I was responsible for the Management of up to eleven fitness centers in the Atlanta Georgia market and provided leadership and services to over 70 employees and thousands of clients. I later joined my husband in the Hotel Industry. We served in the Hospitality Industry as both owner/operators and the owner of a Hotel Management Company.

But perhaps the most memorable, educational and enriching of my business experiences would have to be my very first business, which I started at the age of 10. I was one of the first "paper girls" in the State of Va. I delivered over 150 papers on a bicycle ever morning starting at 4 AM (or so) except for Christmas Day, for over 6 years. In my second year I added an afternoon route to my business with an additional 90 customers. I must say that this business laid the foundation for the work ethics and business practices that are with me still today. Early in life and during these six years I learned the importance of being on time, discipline, accounting for money, customer relations, doing what you say you will do, accountability, marketing and good old fashioned Quality Service.

Florida Real Estate has been good to me. I have enjoyed sales in all sectors of our market from Land acquisitions and Condo development to Residential Sales with career sales nearing $300 million. I have a client base that includes hair dressers, school teachers, builders, doctors, lawyers, business owners and corporate executives. In return, I try to deliver the best service to my clients, providing the knowledge they will need to make an informed decision in our marketplace and using the latest in technology to get them the information as quickly as possible. I have the backing of a quality team of licensed agents with years of their own wisdom and experience to assist me.

I love the Florida lifestyle and over the years we have sold property all over. However, having lived on the beach since 1991 has given us a unique knowledge and perspective of the Beach Markets. We have watched the beach communities grow and develop through many changes and many different market conditions. We are prepared to assist and guide you through the process of Buying or Selling.
